"I really liked how cute it looked..."
I really liked how cute it looked at first, but it shrank after the very first wash, which was disappointing. At this point I’m too tired to deal with another customer service back-and-forth, so I’ll probably just take the loss.

"Customer service was okay, just slow"
I had to reach out to Livly about my order because I hadn’t gotten any updates for a few days, which was a little frustrating. They did get back to me, but it took quite a bit longer than I expected, and I ended up having to send a follow-up.
Once they finally replied, they were really nice and helped sort everything out. I just wish the response time had been a lot quicker, especially when you’re waiting on a delivery and kind of stuck wondering what’s going on.

"Color was really different from the pictures"
I was surprised when this arrived because the color looked way different in person than it did in the photos online. I know colors can vary a little depending on lighting, screens, and all that, so I wasn’t expecting it to be an exact perfect match, but this felt noticeably off. It just didn’t look like what I thought I was ordering based on the product pictures...

"I was hoping this would feel softer..."
I was hoping this would feel softer, but after just one wash the fabric got kind of rough. Like, it’s not awful or anything, but it has that scratchy feel that makes you notice it right away. I figured it would soften up a bit, but nope, pretty much the opposite

"Really disappointed with the packaging"
My order showed up in this thin bag that was already ripped, and the clothes inside were completely squished. It looked like no care was taken with packing it at all. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I’m disappointed, and I’d like this looked into because this really isn’t okay.

"Am I the only one who gets..."
Am I the only one who gets a little disappointed when a promo code works, but then shipping basically eats up half the excitement? I used a code on Livly Clothing and it went through with no issues, but the final discount wasn’t anything amazing. The clothes are definitely cute, though. I’d probably order again, but I think next time I’ll wait for a better sale. Not bad, just kind of average.

"Checkout was confusing and frustrating"
I’m not sure if I was doing something wrong or if the site was glitching, but checkout was a mess for me. My payment kept failing even though everything looked right, and after trying a few times I just gave up.

"They Made the Return So Frustrating"
I ordered a couple of things and all I needed was a simple size exchange, but they somehow made the whole return process a mess. The instructions were confusing, updates barely came through, and I had to keep chasing them just to find out what was going on. Customer support was slow and not much help. By the time they finally got it sorted, I was so annoyed I didn’t even want the item anymore. They really made this way harder than it needed to be. Not worth the stress

"Felt rushed into buying it, and it wasn’t comfy"
I felt a little pressured to get this, and I wish I’d trusted my gut. The fabric was scratchy and stiff the whole day, and I couldn’t really relax in it at all.

"Looks nice, but way overpriced"
I ordered a few things because the clothes looked really cute online, but... yeah, the quality just doesn’t line up with the price. The fabric feels average, nothing special, and I expected more for what I paid. I’ve seen similar pieces for a lot less elsewhere! It’s not terrible or anything, just not worth the money in my opinion.

I still haven’t gotten any tracking update, and no one has replied to my messages either. From what I’m seeing, other people seem to be in the same boat, so it’s frustrating just sitting here with no info.

"Felt Left in the Dark Using the Site"
I found the website frustrating to use. Pages were loading slowly, the filters kept resetting on me, and the checkout process wasn’t very clear, so I felt kind of left in the dark the whole time. I tried a few times but eventually just gave up. Definitely not a great shopping experience for me

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered a few things from Livly because the clothes looked really cute, and they were nice when they arrived. But the shipping took longer than I was hoping, which stressed me out a bit because I felt pressured to have the items in time.

I got the tracking email after a few days, but then it seemed like nothing moved for a while. Everything showed up in good condition, so that part was fine, but it definitely arrived later than I expected.

Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, just not ideal if you’re ordering for a specific date or need something quickly. I’d probably shop there again, but only if I had plenty of extra time and wasn’t already feeling rushed.

"Didn’t really feel worth it"
I was disappointed with this order, honestly. When it arrived — I think it was last week, or maybe the week before — the fabric already felt thinner than I expected for the price. I noticed some messy stitching in a few spots too. Then after the first wash, or maybe the second? Either way, it started losing its shape a bit. Just didn’t feel like the quality matched what I paid.

"Wish I Could Actually Find My Size"
I really wanted to like shopping here, but it feels like every cute thing I find is already sold out in my size. It’s frustrating, and I always end up regretting even getting my hopes up when I browse.

"Cute, but the fabric didn’t last"
I really liked how this looked when I first got it, and to be fair, it was cute and fit nicely. But after just two washes, the fabric started getting noticeably thin, which was disappointing. I don’t think it’s a total miss, but I was hoping it would hold up better...

"Adorable clothes, but hard to actually buy"
Livly has really cute pieces, and I was excited to pick out a few things for my daughter. But the ones I liked were mostly sold out, and the size options were super limited, which made the whole thing a bit disappointing.

I checked back a couple of times thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but it was still the same. I feel like if this is what the shopping experience is usually like, it’s tough to get excited about browsing when half the stuff you want isn’t actually available...

"I bought this set for a..."
I bought this set for a baby shower, and in my opinion, it just didn’t feel as gift-ready as I expected. The sizing seemed a little off to me, and it didn’t look quite as nice in person as it did online. For the price, I personally thought it would feel more polished, so I ended up grabbing a different gift at the last minute.
